Terms of Service & Shop Policies

1) Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made via opaix.com (the “Shop”), including physical products (e.g., Fab Flow Game), digital downloads, and workshops/trainings. Business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C) are covered where indicated.
2) Offers & Contract Formation
- Product listings are invitations to order, not binding offers.
- By placing items in the cart, completing checkout, and clicking “Order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding order.
- We accept the order by order‑confirmation email or by dispatching goods/providing access to the service, whichever occurs first.
3) Prices, Taxes & Invoicing
- Unless expressly labelled otherwise, prices shown in the Shop are net and exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT and any shipping costs are displayed before checkout and on the invoice.
- For consumer sales where required by law, the final price incl. VAT is shown prior to placing the order.
- Intra‑EU B2B supplies may be zero‑rated if a valid VAT ID is provided and legal conditions are met.
- Invoices are issued electronically.
4) Payment Methods
We accept credit & debit cards (as available in your country). Payments are processed by our payment service providers. If you would like to use another payment method, please contact us via info@opaix.com.
5) Shipping, Delivery & Digital Access
Physical goods (e.g., Fab Flow Game):
- Shipping areas & fees: Shown at checkout; we do not ship to embargoed destinations.
- Delivery times: Indicative estimates appear at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
- Risk transfer: For consumers, risk passes upon delivery; for B2B upon handover to the carrier.
Digital products:
- Access/download links are provided after payment. Please store downloads securely.
Workshops/Trainings:
- Dates, times, and participation details are communicated by email. We may adjust session logistics for legitimate reasons (e.g., minimum participants), offering reasonable alternatives or refunds where applicable.
6) Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
Statutory 14‑day withdrawal right for distance sales of goods applies to consumers residing in the EEA.
- Period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods.
- How to exercise: Send us a clear statement (email or letter).
- Effects: We refund all payments received (incl. standard delivery costs) within 14 days from receipt of your notice, using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
- Return shipping: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
- Value reduction: You are liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions (no withdrawal right):
- Services related to leisure activities on a specific date/time (e.g., workshops/trainings with fixed dates).
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Custom‑made or clearly personalised items.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium after download/start of execution with your express consent and acknowledgment of losing the withdrawal right.
If a booked workshop has a fixed date, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply. We may offer goodwill rebooking (see Section 7).
7) Cancellations, No‑Shows & Rebookings (Workshops)
- Customer cancellation: Free rebooking to another date is possible up to 21 days before the session. Cancellations within 21 days are non‑refundable. However, you can ask for a rebooking based on Goodwill.
- No‑show: No refund. You may transfer the ticket to another participant by email notice at least 24 hours in advance.
- Provider cancellation/postponement: If we cancel, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund of the ticket price.
8) Returns & Refunds (Practical Details)
- Return address: Opaix GmbH, Grüner Weg 54, 23566 Lübeck, Germany
- RMA: Please email info@opaix.com before returning items; include order number and reason to speed up processing.
- Refund timing: We aim to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days after item receipt/inspection.
- Non‑returnable: Gift cards, downloaded digital products after access, and opened hygiene‑sensitive items.
