Shop Policies

These policies apply to purchases made through the Opaix shop.

1. Contract formation

Presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. Your order becomes a binding offer when you click “Order with obligation to pay”. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, by sending an order confirmation, or by dispatching or providing the product.

2. Prices & VAT

Prices shown in the shop are net and exclusive of VAT. The final amount, including any applicable VAT, is displayed before you complete checkout. For intra-EU B2B transactions, a valid VAT identification number may qualify the order for zero-rating.

3. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (as available in your country), processed via our payment service provider (Stripe). Alternative payment methods may be available on request at info@opaix.com.

4. Delivery & digital access

Delivery areas, fees and indicative timeframes are shown at checkout; timeframes are estimates only. For consumers, risk passes upon delivery; for B2B transactions, upon handover to the carrier. For digital products, access or download links are provided after payment.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers in the EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Exclusions include workshops/trainings with fixed dates, sealed hygiene items once unsealed, customized goods, and digital content once download or access has begun. 6. Workshop & training cancellations

Free rebooking is available up to 21 days before a session. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable but may qualify for a goodwill rebooking at our discretion. No-shows cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another participant with at least 24 hours' notice.

7. Returns & refunds

Please contact info@opaix.com with your order details before returning any item. Unless stated otherwise, customers bear the direct cost of return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases.
